i need my arms and chest bigger. i dont feel no more soreness after workouts.
i do chest twice a week, monday and friday.
i do arms on tuesday. back is on thursday so i do basically arms twice too.

im right now on tren a 100mg eod and test p 100mg eod. 3rd week right now.

so should i do less weight and more reps or more weight and less reps???

i do for chest 5 exercises and 8 for arms ( 4 tri and 4 bi)

okat first your workout is STUPID for chest

you dont WAY to many sets, and u dotn need to train it twice a week

has it ever occured that if your chest hasnt grown while training it twice a week then maybe you training it to much

train your chest ONCE a week

make sure its atleast 2 days away from ur tricep and shoulder days

as for volume, 10-12sets for chest is more then enough

    e.g sample workout
    3 sets flat bench, reps, 6, 8, 8
2 sets incline dumbell press, rep 6, 8
    3 sets decline bench press, reps, 8, 6, 8
    3 sets machine chest press, reps 8, 10, 10

    thats all you need

as for your arms again that way to much

triceps 8-9 sets is more then enough to get good growth out of them IF YOUR ON STEROIDS

biceps again need between 6-9 sets, im giving variation becuase not everyone has the same recovery abilities for muscle groups, you have to see how your body responds and recovers from those workouts

and again only train your arms once a week

^^^ a little harsh but I agree with most of that.

If you want to add mass go heavy and train those body parts once a week. If you are only training your other body parts once weekly and there ahead of the parts your training twice a week it only makes sense for you to train everything once weekly.

I would also suggest moving your back night to 2 days before your bicep night
