if I'm understanding this correctly you are saying the receptors wont take up everything, therefore there is some residual left after the weekly dosage. Way too many factors to play into this, how long you were off b4 cycling, how well your body takes up the different esters to begin with, gentics (by genetics I mean how much gear you can utilize, some guys can get the same out of 500mg as others get out of 750, some can run 2 grams/wk and feel good while others feel like garbage) far too many factors bro

I think he meant the test to Esther ratio per gram of test. Like prop for example if said to be 100 mg, part of that 100 mg would be Esther, for example 18 mg (Not the real number just an example) which would mean 82 mg of it is actually test. Each Esther has a different ratio so he wants all 4 taken into factor by their proper ratio to know exactly how many mg of test he would get minus all 4 Esthers.

exactly lift!! thank u for being competent... i dont know the exact numbers either but for example 100mg of enanthate ur only getting like 88mg of test, the longer the ester the more it takes away, prop was like 96mg to every 100....so..??????

i got my info from a test study where 16 men were administered 300 and 600mg a week, w/o lifting, and had crazy gains and just shows how good test is for us!!!! at the bottom it had a chart to reference for what i am asking but i never did the math and now cant locate it. it was a sticky on rxmuscle but not anymore.

Well here's the breakdown for sustanon

Sustanon 250 is a trade name for an oil-based injectable blend of four esterized testosterone compounds:

* 30mg Testosterone Propionate
* 60mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate
* 60mg Testosterone Isocaproate
* 100mg Testosterone Decanoate



Sustanon 100 is similar, though with three esters. The smaller dose is for pediatric use.

* 20mg Testosterone Propionate
* 40mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate
* 40mg Testosterone Isocaproate


If ya'll are really interested i'll do some chem math and calculate how man mgs of actual test you get from each ester

you could look up the ester weight for each and subtract it, but you are overthinking this. 980mg test or 1020mg test wouldn't yield a noticeable difference.

i'll do some calculations tomorrow, but where this thread is headed is going to be a discussion of bioavailability(because nothing in your body is 100% efficient, that goes to metabolization of compounds as well) as well as excretion method, whether it's metabolized via Cytochrome P450 system or Xeno, etc... not to mention you'd have to factor in the rate of dispersion of the different tests due to ester weight and your relative blood concentration

If your after the actual one gram ester weight in mL per week, then just calculate, sus 250 = 176mg in actual ester weigh and its regardless of indivitual esters as test is test. So you need to inject 1420mg of sus to get one gram of esters in weight per week. If this was what your after then you shouldnt concentrate on whats the actual test in weight. Sus 250 x 4 per week is more than enough for most of us.

no, it doesn't work like that, each individual ester has a different molecular weight, the bigger the ester the longer it takes to release and the less frequent the injections have to be but bigger esters are well....bigger

for example, test cyp i believe contains 69.9mg of test per 100 total mg due to the ester taking up 30.1mg out of the 100mg

but propionate contains 89.1mg per 100mg due to it being a shorter ester, this also means though that you need to inject it more frequently
