So im new to AAS i have many friends that use gotten advice and have done my own research for a few monthes, Im gunna start my first 12 week deca cycle in about a month. Ive been lifting for years on and off but ive been lifting religiously for a year now and wana get stronger. im currently 5'10 228lb 25% im gunna cut down to 215 before i start. i never want to be under 205. My diet is clean workouts 5 day split cardio 8 times a week. my question is diet because im cutting my daily intake is about 1500 cals give or take a 100 but when i start my cycle im gunna push it up to 2.5k i want to gain lean muscle more then just being bloated suggested for pro bodybuilders is 5k cals a day i know im not gunna eat that much and im not stacking like they do. if i get down to 215 and then back up to 230 id be plenty happy Any suggestions on eating.
Lifting stats:
Bench 315 x 5 350 max
Squat 315 x 7 400 max
dead lift 350 x 5 405 max
Curl 145 x 8 165 max
i wana push up bench squat and dead lift max by atleast 30-40lbs
