    Yea it's a rip-off. In order to get the proper PWO ratio of carbs/protein for the average 200lb person you would have to take 2 servings(6 scoops). If you workout 5 days a week thats comes out to 140$ a month. Here's a recipe for half the price.
    2 scoops tasteless whey protein
    1 scoop Waxy maize
    Powder gatorade mix
    5g creatine mono
    16oz water
