Hey guys, been training for a long time(mostly MMA/boxing), will be getting into competition soon. Really would like to put on some size/strength and cut a little fat.. Decided to try out my first cycle, been doing some research, let me know what u think..
week 1-8: 400-500mg Test E/week
week 1-6: 30-40mg Turinabol/week
PCT: 40mg Nolva for 3 weeks
(anything i need to add? drop the OT?)
here are my stats:
24 years old
5'8
155 lbs
pretty solid diet(would love to get some advice on a good diet while cycling)
what would be a realistic expectation in gains? i would be training 4 times a week with ALOT of cardio.. I would really like to get to 170lbs, possible?
please keep the bashing to a minimum, like i said this is my first time and im really looking for advice on how to succeed with this
