    Anavar Muscle pumps

    Anyone notice bad muscle tightness on this stuff. I been having trouble running more than a few miles because my legs tighten up so much i can hardly bend them. Today i did squats and my lower back got so tight it screwed my whole workout.
    I havent really seen anything about this before with var and was wondering if others had.

    Yes, muscles get really tight when I run and lower back does when squating. Just do less. Warm up and then go straight to a heavy weight on squats get your legs done before the back tightens.

    i stretch the crap out of them before i run and they still tighten up on me. Guess ill just work around it.

    if you could do that, the gym would be the least of your worries. cause you would never leave the house.

    what dose are you running?? ive read of other people saying they just cut back the dose a bit, and they didnt get such bad pumps.

    As far as the tightness i haven't ever tried it

    just push through the pump is awesome feels like your arms are gonna explode still good though lol

    havent had any arm pumps,, mostly just my legs.
    Im been doin 40mg to 60mgs, im at 50 right now cus i feel no diffrent with the 60. Goin on about 30 days or so. Im also blasting at a higher dose of cyp than im use to right now but i dont thnk thats the cause
    guess i just need to tighten my tampon and suck it up

    Do some full stretch concentration curls that will get them goin.

    I had that once, and a buddy recommended Taurine..I started a BCAA complex with added taurine and it helped a lot especially with my runnin..not sure why it helped but it did! lol

    Ditto. You can get the Taurine from most Vitamin stores like GNC. Also try eating a few more bananas.

    buy taurine in bulk powder, much cheaper than pills @ GNC..look around online, its not hard to find
