I just finnished up with my cut and since this is the diet sections I decided to post the link to my thread. If you guys have any questions regarding my cut go ahead and ask.

My plan is to try and clean bulk until April. I want to concentrate on my arms and legs because those are my 2 lagging bodyparts. From early april I want to hit an extreme cut.. hoping to get down to 5/6% bf. The lowest I got this time was around 7/8% but more on the 8% side.

Why go to 5-6%? doesn't make sense unless contest or photos... You should focus on a look you want because that will never be sustainable.

I want to reach 6% bf just to see if I can. It is a goal I have always wanted to reach. And no doubt I will go for a portfolio shoot when I do.
But It's not a goal for me to maintain at that level. I am happy to maintain at 8%
