Hi all,
my first post. I'm 22 about 160 and 5'10. Been working out for years using creatine and protein but haven't made any advances. I've looked into new workouts and am ready to take the leap with a cycle. Just want to avoid back acne badly! I've heard good things about deca and tren but hoping for a little gudiance as well. Any info on deca for a first time user? Any and all info is helpful.
