    Big legs!

    I was born with really big legs and pretty wide hips and my legs havent gotten any smaller over the years ive been training.
    I've allways done heavy weight on my leg workouts and i dont want em to grow any more at the moment cause my upper body is falling behind.
    This is kinda annoying cause heavy squats is my favourite.

    Am sure some of you had the same issue, how do you set up your leg workouts to just maintain? High rep, low weight?

    nooo dont do high rep low weight over time this will start to break down the muslce you have there.
    just keep doing what your doing dont change reps, technique, weight or anything that way your legs will hit a platue but that getting right into the educational side of things. it basically means they will not develop nor loose strength.

    ive stopped training my legs since i cant fit into jeans anymore,

    ive just completely stopped, i do 2-3 sets of squats a week, 1 set of which is to failure

    thats it
