should i split the pre workout meal in half and eat some rice/chicken POST workout also? or is that mainly for bulking
should i supplement flaxseed oil? if so when would be the best timing? meal #2 since meal #1 has enough fat already?
Cals sometimes a bit higher since i eat a banana in morning im running clen so im eating it for the potassium
