    will the tren bomb be fatal for me ?

    Providing i take all the right cycle products including pct ... should i be able to handle that stuff .?

    are oral protection tablets for the liver better than liver protection in liquid form?

    hey man ,

    i'm 18

    I've been training on and off for about two years


    My doctor wont inject test for me , my test is 16.3 .


    I weigh nine stone ( well just about )


    I'm Five feet 8 .5 inches

    I could eat a load of food at one point , yet i didn't really put any muscle on , due to the test level .. my training was good , yet , it's clear something was missing .

    I did four months nearly five of solid training - hardly any gains ; only strenghth!

    Break Fast

    Tuna 27 grams with peas and 3 potatoes/protein shake


    Near lunch
    tuna can , more peas , Bread peices


    Just after lunch
    two cans of beans( 40 grams of protein ), a load of bread and pasta


    afternoon
    tuna can , peas , bread peieces



    after training


    PRotein shake - Anabolic muscle fuel - usn
    banana x 2



    evening
    Tuna with veg / bread






    befeore
    bed

    half a can of tuna , few peieces of bread.




    rotation , add chicken on some days .


    it dosn't look to good , but its ok , and by now i should be bigger !

    its an age problem, i was 169 at 6'2 at 18. Started lifting and eating and was 185 around 19 couldnt break past 195 until 22 when i magically began packing on mass (natural mind you) by 23 i was 225. its harder to gain when young but your underweight so packing on 40lbs naturally shouldnt be tough, you just need a spoon.
    Its unlikely you have any test issues but start a harsh cycle now in your condition and you very well may have one later down the road.

    Diets are hard to stick by.

    I was a hard gainer early on also.

    Your diet can be tweaked, as you need your caloric intake upped, and such.

    Macros needs to be broken down.

    Post this in the diet section and let the diet pro's help you.

    That is your problem.

    The amount of Protein is estma. 160 ish grams a day

    i'd have 2 check the labels stuff for the correct sum of fat content and calorie content

    again with carbo hydrates ...

    could you guys possibbly, like ,tell me how many i should be aiming for , the calorie content , using my stats ?

    I have to say that for 18, you have a great attitude and we will be happy to help you reach your goals. we get many new members who bitch and moan when they don't get the answers they want, it's refreshing when someone such as yourself comes along.

    As Titanium mentioned, it's extremely liver toxic. But, from what I hear (I've never used it) it's got some of the worst side effects around, too. A lot of people have to quit mid cycle because they can't handle the sides... It's considered an advanced user's drug.

    Personally I don't know if I would ever touch the stuff. Just sounds too crazy to me. Definitely NOT for a first time user.

    And, yes, you should be congratulated on your attitude! Good stuff

    It's all because I have a strong feeling for body building , the idea of just training is a great way of releasing all that stress from stupid exams etc
    its just when I see no real result , I get frustrated !

    I do still question testosterone levels within me , because they seem low for the average dude my age - low but still just high to not get test from my doctor !

    Could the fact that i've not finished puberty yet , be a strong factor ?
    This bit full on , but I guess if I don't ask , I wont get a wide answer !

    Test levels need to be taken very early in the morning first thing.

    Have your doctor do that, and I bet the levels come back higher.

    I have a good endocronoligist.......
