    clen stack with caffine sups? *white flood*

    hey guys

    i need a little extra energy boost for my workouts since i workout late.

    would i be fine with a few scoops of white flood while on clen?

    atm my heart rate does pop up to 160-165 after a set of squats.

    any advice much appreciated.

    also im bit of a nutrition tard would an apple pre workout also give me a little extra carb boost for energy?

    To a degree, i would rather something packed with glucose to help replace the glucose lost in your system through glycosis. Im a fan of energy drinks pre-workouts and/or electrolyte solutions (not gatorade, but the powders bought at chemists/pharmacy's), An apple is the healthier way to go but it provides little glucose per serve, it has a higher concentration of fructose which wont be broken down before your workout (it has a low GI).

    In a day i would have 200mcg's of clen and 300-400mg's of caffeine, this helps me stay active all day and night. But if your sensitive to stimulants and have a weak cardiovascular system i would not recommend stacking the two.

    Wow, you should really hit some cardio, 160 after squats that's not that good, even with clen mine would top 120 during weights. Cardio is a different story, i try hit and stay at 180.

    I take all my clen in the morning and drink caffenine later in the day before my weight training.

    first time on clen i think thats why heart rate shoots up
    i can feel heart beating like crazy but im still tired.

    and my cardio nuts
    i run 3-4km on lifting days and 5-7km on off days + 10min boxing everyday
    and 4km walks in morning every few days

    Well im glad to hear that your cardio is good, . Well that rules out a bad cardiovascular system. You just might be sensitive to clen. Caffeine doesn't raise my heart rate, but clen and t3 do.

    Just take it easy when and if you up your dose. Your body will become desensitized to caffeine and you'll need to take more and more to get the same effect. So i recommend taking a few weeks of caffeine. But that is easily said then done, caffeine addiction and withdrawal is a bitch.

    its been 8days im taking 120mcg i get heart racing and temp increase only for maybe 1 hour then it drops back down and i feel normal.

    but im having bad heart burn chest pain.

    blood pressure sometimes shoots up to 142/77 so im bit worried about increasing dos thats why i wanted to try something else to get energy

    I agree with Rose in regards to other things working.

    But in direct reponse to your question, "No" taking Caff with Clen (under normal circumstances - heat, activity, lack of pre-existing heart condition, etc.) will not have contraindications, i.e. cause problems.

    Sorry i made a mistake in my post, I ment, take it easy WHEN your uping your doses, nto take it easy AND up your dose. Sorry about that.

    Yah like magic32 said in general circumstances we do not recommend stacking it. But you seem to be in good health so if you do up it i urge you to up it slowly.

    Yeh your beta-2 receptors are becoming desensitized or down-regulated, from now on, and i recommend to do this throughout your WHOLE clen cycle, take around 3mg's of ketotifen every night before bed (it makes you very sleepy) and it will upragulate your receptors and you will feel it again.

    To add to the above, some recommend to take it only on every 3rd week, however i find that this does not help much and you get more out of your clen if you take it ever night or ever second night throughout your whole cycle. This will keep your beta-2 receptors fresh. Clen begins to have its effects rapidly decline after around day 5 or so.
