blood pressure. liver values. cholesterol. lipid profile. they would all be affected. some may not be affected to such a negative degree. but still things to think about.
plus youll swamp your receptors. if your body gets used to runnin 400mg a week. when you do cycle at 500 or what not... gains may be less then normally would
