1 gram/lb of body weight for healthy living. 1.5grams/lb of bodyweight for athletes. 2 grams/lb of body weight for bodybuilding.
You weigh about 154 lbs. So if your trying to bulk then you need about 230-300 grams per day.
If you are trying to bulk, fats and carbs are going to be just as important if not more so than your protein intake.
