Hey guys,

I'm 20 years old i've been hitting the gym on and off all throughout highschool. I've been pretty consistent since i've been in college. I've been going for roughly 16 months. Weigh in at about 175, 5`8. If I were to guess i'd say 14-15% body fat correct me if you disagree.. Obviously need to loose some belly fat. Any other input would be great. Thanks.
