Im shooting for about 3000 calories a day. My TDEE is about 2600. (5'8'' 170lbs roughly 16-17% bf). I cut down a lot and i just plateaued hard so know im just gonna bulk up for a couple months want to gain more muscle anyways. Is there a way to clean bulk and slowly cut fat too? I will incorporate cardio however im a noob to bulking so im not sure when i shud do it, as i dont want to burn necessary calories for muscle building. thanks for any help.
