I was wondering if you guys could provide any feedback or ideas to my diet. It can change from time to time but here it's
20 yrs old, 165 lbs, 15% BF, 1 yr training experience
Breakfast:
Shake-
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp olive oil
1 scoop whey
2 tbsp peanut butter- 600 calories
Snack 1-
1 apple
3 hard boiled eggs
2 hard boiled egg whites
2 pieces whole wheat bread- 576 calories
Lunch-
1 cup brown rice
4 oz chicken breast
1 small salad w/ dressing- 550 calories
1 scoop whey protein- 120 calories
WORKOUT
2 scoop whey protein
1 piece of fruit- 280 calories
PWO Meal-
1 cup brown rice
1 chicken breast
1 serving yogurt- 472 calories
Dinner-
Homemade Chili
Sweet Potatoe- 462
Before Bed-
1 Glass of milk
1 scoop casein protein- 266
Totals: 2926 Calories, 112.8g of Fat, 201.1g of Protein, 298.1g of Carbs
Worried about my high carbs, trying to cut some fat.. would do a cut but not enough muscle mass... any ideas are helpful, thanks for your time!
