I’ve now been training for about 4 months. My strength has increased and I’m know starting to see shape and size on my body. I’m seriously getting depressed when I look at my stomach. I need to know the most effective exercises for Abbs, love handles and just around the stomach. And also diet.
All ur help is much appreciated
