    Need help with veggies!

I've pretty much been living on Broccoli, Asparagus, and Brussel Sprouts for all of my fiberous veggie needs. I am getting sick of all of them and need some options! Problem is I just don't know what else is appropriate. I know peas, corn, etc. are out due to high sugar content. I assume artichokes are ok, but I don't really know how to prepare them, and hate the frozen ones. Jarred are ok but are usually packed in oil - not good for my cutting diet.

What else can I go with? Spinach? Blech!!! Just looking for some other options. I was going to post in the recipe section but since this isn't really any type of helpful recipe, I thought this section might be more fitting.
