Im 32 and I have never learned to properly workout always have had natural size and at one time I weighed 340 pounds at 6ft 2 and was huge and fat and I now have lost it and weigh 220 but I have seperated from my sons mom and during our time together with all of the drama I lost my self discipline through all of the stress and unhappy times. So I am on here going to try and find some pointers to get some good workouts and some tips .... I will try to find the correct forum t post my questions in as I am kind of lost. I am not sure if I should post pics somewhere or what ...Ok well thanx and look forward to everyones advice.
