Thank you for all of the information on this site. I've read and read and read and well you get the idea.
If anyone would like to share/tell how to get started I would be very appreciative. What's best to start with? Do I need to take side effects meds at the same time? How often to use? I'm 5'10, 185, lift 4x a week, long distance bike rider. Really appreciate all of the info here and look forward to joining you guys. Best to all
