    high blood pressure and eq

    How long is it going to take to get my blood pressure back to normal, it is now 168 - 102. What is the half life of this shit. I feel like I am going to stroke out at 33. It aint worth the gains. Thanks for the help as always

    Have some blood taken out, your RBC's will be through the roof.
