    is this workout good?

    well im back to working out after more than a month of doing nothing, damn holidays got me. anyway it seems like im right back where i started 3 months ago, heres my routine, im pretty thin, u might not think i work out by looking at me but i do. im doing mostly the weight i can handle

    day 1 - arms
    3 set 10 reps of the following:
    dumbbell curls
    barbell curls
    machine curls
    tricep machine
    tricep press down machine
    tricep pushdowns

    day 2
    cardio 45 minutes

    day 3 - chest
    3 sets 10 reps of the following:
    machine press
    flys
    dumbbell press
    incline machine
    incline dumbbell
    cable flys

    day 4
    cardio 45 minutes

    day 5 - back
    3 sets 10 reps of the following:
    machine rows
    pulldowns
    dumbbell rows
    pulley row
    shrugs

    day 6 - shoulders
    machine press
    dumbbell press
    side laterals
    machine laterals

    day 7 - cardio 45 minutes


    im trying to fit legs in there one day, but i get so sore after legs, i cant barely walk sometimes, one day i was hobbling around and everyone was laughing. ok, please comment or give suggestions on what else i should do

    Are trying to bulk? If so drop the number of reps you od to 4-8 reps for your main lifts and 6-8 reps on all others.

    im not sure i pretty much just started up again and ill do it as long as i think its working, just keep increasing weight as i go along

    So what if you can't walk after a good session of legs?
    Screw the cardio on day 2 and do legs...
    And don't do just 10 reps everytime. Pyrimid either up or down.

    The leg soreness will decrease as your body gets accustomed to it. After a few weeks of squats, u can just stretch them and you'll be good to go. I'll bet u burn more calories doing squats and leg presses then cardio. Besides look at the bottom of my post. It's PRICELESS.
