So I am basically wanting to get a strict 2700 calorie a day diet.
I am having trouble finding a program that will help me portion out my food so I know exactly what I am getting.
I'd like to have 250 grams of protein a day. ( 35g per meal ) 300grams of carbs per day. (50g per meal) 55 grams of fat per day 5-7g's per meals 1 - 6, and about 20g's on my final meal. ( I got a lot of help from a reputable member about all this )
I am just having a very very hard time figuring out how to count all this. I cannot find a program to help me. I am willing to pay.
