Now, for the info you don't want to hear. Upping your calories like you did, you are going to gain some fat. Abs won't be as defined for a bit, but don't worry about it. It's a simple equation. Eat more calories than maintenance = you will get bigger. Eat less calories than manintenance = you will get smaller. You have probably been a small cut guy your whole life. You are about to take the steps to be a 'big guy'. It's a change, but if you give it time, you will love the results.
Keep eating up, keep cardio down. If you get a little love handle action, it's okay. It's still cold outside and you will not be running around without your shirt. Now comes the hard part, when to cut. Do not try to cut the bodyfat at the end of the cycle. If you do not keep the calories up going into pct, then you will lose most of the muscle you worked so hard for. Most recommend 300-500 extra calories a day during pct. This keeps your body from going as catabolic as it wants to without the exogenous hormones that made up your cycle.
So, you will have a little tummy for a minute. So what? After the cycle, after pct, after your body has tried it's best to reach homeostasis, then and only then do you hit the cardio and diet hard. By then, you will have pissed away most of the extra water wieght and you will be amazed how fast the fat comes off. Just in time for summer. And for the first time in your life, you will be a 'big cut guy'. And that little tummy in the winter will be so worth it.
Body building ( whether competing or not) is a lifestyle. By next summer, if you stick with it, you are going to love the way you look. I guarantee it.
