I usually do my test-e shots on Sunday evening and Thursday morning.
I will not be able to make my shot this Sunday, wont be able to do it until Monday evening or Tuesday evening.
Will this be of any noticable difference?

no, it'll make your blood level a little more unstable, but not enough to be any kind of concern.
