These meat loafs ok for cutting?

Yeah kind of a recipe thread but want to make sure they are craploafs. Taste isnt always awesome, but hey I'm trying to cut.

    Loaf 1:
    2lbs 93% lean ground beef
    1 cup oats
    1 whole egg
    2 whites
    sometimes 1/2 cup onions
    maybe 1-2tbsp Worcestershire
sometimes 1-3 tbsp heinze sugar free ketchup on top

    Loaf 2:
    2lbs 99% ground turkey
    1 cup oats
    1 whole egg
    2 whites
    sometimes 1/2 cup onions
    maybe 1-2tbsp Worcestershire
sometimes 1-3 tbsp heinze sugar free ketchup on top

    Loaf 3: new
    1lb 93% beef & 1lb 93% turkey
    1 cup oats
    1 whole egg
    2 whites
    sometimes 1/2 cup onions
    maybe 1-2tbsp Worcestershire
sometimes 1-3 tbsp Heinz sugar free ketchup on top

I bake these on 350 for about an hour.

What i like about these loafs is one is enough to split up for 5-7 days to take to work. Servings are usually 6-8oz.

I typically over analyze this stuff so wanted some opinions. And a concern is that I'm not sure if the break down of all the other ingredients are killing it.

Ingredients seem decent to me. My only concern would be making sure you have the macros in check for each meal/slice. If you really wanted to be meticulous about it, you'd have to figure out how many portions 1 loaf would yield, and then divide each total macro by that number.
