    LOL, that's funny! I remember getting stuck on bench in my basement gym with no one to help. Fortunately I didn't put collars on and dumped it. Damn loud in an unfinished basement on a cement floor.

    lol. I got stuck on bench press i couldnt get it off my chest. Everyone in the gym just watched me as I managed to roll it down to my hips and off my legs.

    Hahaha on both videos. I like the 2nd where his mommy came to help but the face plant was funny.

    Good reason NOT to use collars so you can dump the weight. For the first time since forever I actually failed a lift on the decline bench of all things. I was able to still rest on my chest and roll it up to my stomach and sit up and dump the weights. It was after being off for 6 weeks and my last rep just failed. lol
