Hey guys i have to work out with my team in the mornings for football and was wondering what i should be eating. On Monday and Fridays I have to workout at 10Am and on Tuesday and Thurdays I have to Workout at 7Am. I was wondering what my breakfast should look like on these days, I can get a full meal in on Monday and Friday before i work out, but on Tuesday and Thursday I have no source to cook food.
Help is much appreciated!
