    The small arm is braced in both pics, so he's got more problems than just a humungous forearm.

    He just trains one arm. Even if i was an arm wrestler i would still train both arms. I mean why not? He just looks retarded.

    I couldn't find any other explanation on why he has one big arm.

    It says here he trained for 6 years and that his forearm measures 18 inches. Like kratos said hes trying to compete in the lighter weight classes.
