If this is your first cycle then i'd run test e at 500-600-mg's a week. But i personally would get your bf% down below 20% just a little and then do this if you are set on doing it? If you are doing this to cut bf% then you may consider just test (if this is your first cycle) and get your diet in check. I know you probably think its perfect but i assure you when you post it in the diet forum of this site they will prove otherwise.

You can diet right with just test after getting the bf% down a bit and still cut some bf% while making decent gains in strength and some size. Won't be like winnie will but this is just a thought so that you don't have to worry about joint pain, lipid profile being as bad and what not.

thanks for the respons! yes this is my first cycle. im going to do clen whit ketotifen first before i start my winstrol. i thought that i should use Deca Durabolin first or is it better if i use testosterone enanthate, then use winstrol, is that a good ideé? thanks Bamseladin
