    thought I should share

After dropping 5-6lbs for no apparent reason (probably overtraining), I decided to add something I have never had in my diet before = Bananas. I gained the 5 lbs back in a week. Some here know I eat a ton of food. I never gain anything past 165lbs... I am now back up to 165ish after only a week of eating bananas along with my proteins. So maybe some others should try bananas.

Could this be down to increased glycogen/water retention in muscle cells? Do you look fuller?

When I buy them I buy green and then by the time I get to the last one it is yellow with brown spots, so all of them. I would say more in the sugary stage
