Do one thing at a time. If you need to lose some weight, do that first...At your weight if you dropped some carbs, upped the protein/green vegitables and water for 2 weeks you would most likely drop 10-15 lbs of water alone (then it would slow to maybe 1-2lbs a week or so)

Lean mass, eat more protein some complex carbs, still keep the greens and water up and you will gain.

Basically, burn more than you take in and you lose, eat more than you burn and you will gain. Simple as that...

    IMHO,

If you're doing it natty, gaining a lot of lean mass while losing weight takes time. Keep that balance of diet, cardio and weight training constant and you'll see results. Unfortunately, you gotta be patient. Good luck.

Best way to lose bf is to find your TDEE and set your caloric intake just below it. Dial in a diet that fills your needs and work out a solid cardio plan. Keep hitting the weights but don't over train. Trust me when I say, "READ the diet section"! There's so much great info in there from guys who've doing this a long time! Good luck!
