    Question critique my diet please.

    Stats:
    25
    5'9"
    197lbs
    bf unknown but too high

Hey guys, i know that macro breakdowns and all that sh!t can make your job as critics a lot easier, but how do you feel about the general structure of it as a diet aimed towards muscle maintenance and fat loss.

    My considerations:
-Protein 1.5 - 2 grams per lb of Bodyweight
-Fat .5 -.75grams per pound of bodyweight
    -Carbs (only post workout)
-30-50 grams fiber in the form of green veggies - As much as possible

    (Meals)
    (1) 2 servings of Whey/ Fish oil cap
    (2) 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
    (3) Grilled Salmon/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
    (4) 2 servings of Whey/ Fish oil cap
    (5) 2 Cans of Tuna/ Chopped Onions/Celery/ 1 tablespoon of Safflower Mayonnaise.
    (6) (Post Workout) MRP or 2 servings of Whey/10 OZ Orange Juice.
    (7) 8-10oz Chicken Breast/ 2 cups Veggies
maybe a handfull of almonds or cashews here and there

Anywhere you can see improvement or any comments at all would be great.

    3 shakes is too much?

one is immediately PWO, so really, its only 2 "meals" as shakes

why dont you just have meal 3 two times in a row, or just have one of the meals you posted instead of one of your shakes. That way you have one meal as a shake and then one as PWO, i often have 2 shakes in a day

( and i will admit, sometimes 3, but thats cause I actually really enjoy having shakes lol, just got this great new protein powder too. I crave it, low cal, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 23g protein, and taste amazing, to me anyways. My family membes and a friend or two have tried it and they say it tatse alright...)

i hear yea.... i love my protein powder too lol.

well i guess i could really just have another pro/fat meal instead of a shake. Maybe ill change meal one and run in like this:

    (1) 8 Egg whites with 2 whole omega 3 eggs
    (2) 2 servings of Whey/ Fish oil cap
    (3) Grilled Salmon/ 1/2 cup(uncooked) Whole grain brown rice
    (4) 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
    (5) 2 Cans of Tuna/ Chopped Onions/Celery/ 1 tablespoon of Safflower Mayonnaise.
    (6) (Post Workout) 2 servings of Whey/1 scoop Glycocarb
    (7) 8-10oz Chicken Breast/ 1-2 cups Veggies

    Made a few small changes...
    Better?
