ok im thin. sucks ass big time. problem is i cant eat enough. im just not hungry. ive got some bad habits and im sure once i quit i will be able to eat ALOT MORE but is there any advice on how to increase eating without making me feel like ima puke?

You start off saying that these bad habits are making it so your not hungry... what habits?
I found eating until I was sick and then eating a little bit more for about a week straight gave me the ability to eat anything and everything and still feel hungry 15 minutes later as long as I was still working out hard and all

prolly will get a little weight from that, also.. smoking isnt that good for you lol
aedanman.. nicotine is in ciggarets and caffein is in..... pretty much anything lol. soda, energy drinks, 5hr energy, can buy a bottle straight caffein for like 10 bucks.
Anyway, for gaining weight, if you dont like eating try slpping in some cals in the meals you actually are eating. If you make a protein shake load it up with bananas and peanutbutter and maybe even some flax oil ( but the fat content of that shake would bit up there if you dont mind that ). Olive oil, good on toast, salads and is high in cals. Umm maybe even for a snack have a banana or two and a big scoop of peanut butter, if i was an ectomorph that might be all i would eat + ice cream
I have a friend that I lift with often who has the same problem. He just doesn't like to eat, ill tell you what i tell him.. "force feed" lol. Just eat man, even if you dont want to
get a good diet laid out. Write down what time your gonna eat and just eat

haha yeah i know what they are mate. I was jokingly insinuating that they are also drugs when he said he isn't a drug addict.
The best thing to eat more is force feed like you said. Plan your meals out and eat them at the right time and make yourself finish them(even when you are not hungry). You will get used to eating so much and get hungrier quicker. Also instead of going for a smokeor a coffee have a meal instead. You can kill all your bad habits in one go.
