Well i hate to beat a dead horse, and I did try searching, but any form of Casein and bed time - just was a nightmare (maybe I suck at searching).
Regardless I'm not currently eating anything before bed - no cottage cheese, no casein protein or anything else.
So on average from 10'pm'ish to 7am'ish every day I'm not getting any food. Currently Mon / Wed / Fri I am doing cardio on an empty stomach while sipping BCAA's.
Should I add a quality casein or blend protein at night?
