Sustanon 250 cycle!

Hey this is my first cycle of sustanon 250
I have done a cycle of m1t pill form, also Injectable cycle of test E
Its been awhile since my last cycle
But i am going to take a 10 week cycle of sustanon250 with 1cc a week
What kind of results are expected to be gained?
I have friends who took sustanon250 in a 5week period taking 1cc twice a week and gained 25 pounds but i think it is more effective to run it in a 10 week cycle
What do you guys think?!
