    crystal light is great, but after a while of drinkin a gallon or more a day gets old and i tend to get heart burn from it, i switched to sugar free tang. That is a better choice imo, more vitamins also

    Interseting thing about Crystal Light. I was about 6 weeks out from a show, and so incredibly tired of water. I wasnt sure about Crystal light because of how sweet it was, thought it might mess with my blood surgar. So i tried a little experiment. Had a 9 sight BF test done and was at 6%. So, for 1 month I drank Crystal Light unstead of water. Made no changes to my diet. One month later, I gained 2lbs and BF went up a percent. Now, I'm sure 1 or 2 servings a day wont hurt. I went a little overboard, but it scared me into staying with water.
