    hi. im 26 years old and thinking about trying steriods for the first time. i am 6'00 145lbs. i have a definate tone but i want to get bigger. i am a regular gym goer, and i eat a balanced diet with plenty of protien, but i am still not satisfied. i need to know what would be a good cycle for begginers and which sites are trustworthy.. i have been doing some research but i figured the easiest was to learn was to ask people who already knew. i am willing to do some trial and error. whatever works. i also want to learn how to use them safely without doing too much harm to my body. if someone could help me out?? i would greatly appriecite it.

    At 6" and 145lbs you can gain alot more weight naturally with proper diet and training. Steroids are not your answer at this point in time. Post your diet in the diet section and we can go from there.

    im usually not big on the whole you can gain naturally at a certain height but 145 is to small at 6'. You prb just dont eat enough or eat right.

    Why not use gear?

    I dont get it. Why is it ok for someone 200lbs to use gear but not 145. If anything he needs it and not the 200lb man. What if he bust his ass everyday in the gym and still gets no where. Maybe he cant or just dont want to eat 5k calories a day to gain. He said he eats good diet with plenty of protein. What's your advice get a bath in it and eat half a cow a day? Man every time someone want to use gear on here its " diet better and you can do it natural" Thats what the guy said he is doing now. Let him cheat like everyone else. His body his money. I swear you have to be a 6 year powerlifter who is 10% BF and benches 400lb to be qualified to use AAS on this site. He wants to get big now, not in 4 years after eating the world record in beef. Give these guys a break. No reason he cant use gear.

    while i normally agree with everything you said,, 145lb is just way to small. At least see what the guys diet is first and how long hes doin it.

    Ya I dont know his diet. Iv just been ranting latly about every one saying diet diet diet. His might be eating shit and he might not be trying hard. But if he is then just let him. 145 is extreamly light. But I have seen people lift for years and eat tons and not budge there weight. Cheating is cheating. Now or later. Let him cheat his way there if he is only going to cheat again later right? Who wants to wait to cheat?

    regardless of weather he can gain natty or not if he uses aas then whatever gains he makes will eventually dissapear....and to be honest im with the peeps who decided to learn how to diet and exercise to gain natty first before trying aas....and maybee while the op is doing that he can reasurch aas and gain a bit of knowlege for himself so when he dose decide to try it he can do it responsibly with ALL the tools nessasary for the cycle to be a sucsess.....just my 2 cents.....good luck to the op whatever he decides to do....

    honestly bro, u should hire a nutrionist then consider taking juice... There is a major hole in your diet and you will just be waisting your money if you take juice like that....

    Get your diet right. Abso****nlootly. But lets been honost. How many of you steroid users do 2 or 3 cycles a year and most do a low Testosteron while off cycle just to mantain. So save the "you will lose it shit" because everyone loses most of what they gained. And if your doing a couple cycles a year whats the differnce. You will maintain just like all the other meat heads. Most gear users are for life. And maybe he knows how to diet and just dont want to down the calories to get big. What gives any of you the right to say who can use and who cant. Its illigal, addictive and can kill you. If he wants to cheat just like the rest of us let him. Hey BJ PENN eat your own words and diet. You took all that shit to slim down and cut before and your about to use masteron , proiron, var and whatever else to cut up.     obviously your ignorance on steroids is quite clear. At 145lbs and 6" the OP can gain at least 60lbs naturally.

    Fuk im 18 years old 5'8 and weigh 190 and im all natural, dont say its not possible. I was able to gain 60lbs in 3 years training from a good solid diet.

    The reason hes 145lbs is because he obviously doesnt have a good diet and training routine, and when he gets on steroids hes going to gain 20 lbs and lose it in a month ebcause he doesnt have any knowledge on nutrition and training.

    and you say he has no reason not to use steroids?

    I had this big long page I just wrote but then I erased it all. Because its so simple. Heres what I figure. If your going to use steroids eventually. Why not use them now. Why work so hard and long to get where you want to be and then cheat. It just dont make sence. If your going to cheat, just cheat your way there. You could have got there in 1 year instead of 3. Theres nothing more to say. Thats it. If you dont see it your just a idiot. But no one listens to you any way. If he wants to do it he will. Thousands of opinions out there. And thats exactly what they all are, Opinions. Your right on one hand, Im right on the other. And in the end, he's right. With whatever desicion he makes.

    I think what the guys are trying to say is "Take your time" It's a big desicion and one that you shouldn't take lightly! You are altering your body at a cellular level, some of the changes can be permanent and detrimental to your overall health.

    See how far you can get naturally and along the way, educate yourself on dieting, training and the substances that interest you. Then if you decide you want to take it to the next level, your body will be ready for the challenge. Start with a solid base and you'll get more out of it and the rewards will be far greater compared to the risk your taking. IMHO
