I have been thinking about changing up my routine now that my cycle has come to an end. On the days I'm doin more than one bodypart I'm in the gym for more than an hour easy. After reading some things I was considering dropping my gym time down to 30-45 min max per session...
How does anyone feel about dropping bi's, tri's, and calves off and doing them on their own days to keep my time down? So I'd hit the gym 6-7 days a week but be there for shorter periods of time...
Does this sound decent or do you have any other suggestions post cycle???
