Well, they're a decent source of fat so, like you said, it all depends on your macros.

Hahaha ok thanks guys... yeah i don't think i'll OD either. I just eat quite a bit each day but you know what... I think i'll be fine as long as I keep my diet pretty clean, train hard and add cardio for 30 minutes after lifting.. Thanks!!
If you're eating 1-1.5 avocados in conjuction with lots of peanut butter, flax oil, olive oil, almonds, etc. - you're probably consuming too many cals. If that's your main source of EFA's then you're more than fine.
I'm eating the 1.5 avocado and taking the 'vitamin shop' brand omega 3,6 & 9 daily.... other than that I think the only other efa's would be from pistachios on the once a week occasion. Maybe I should cut my dose in half of my omega supplement i'm taking? Not sure if that's needed but what do you think?

I know the fish oil caps and udo's 3/6/9 caps I take are only 10 cals per. I wouldn't worry about over-doing them haha. If you're only eating those and 1.5 avocados a day, you may be low on fat if anything. Regardless, I don't wanna complicate anything - you're fine!
Avocados are high in O6's and very low in O3's. So, I'd cut back on the 3/6/9 and just take a O3 supp. Or, you can keep the 3/6/9 supp and get rid of the avocados.

Post your whole diet then you will know wether its to much or not depending on what all you eat.
