i asked it, ok i usually start with squats then legpress etc, im wondering if doing lets say leg curls or lunges first if it will get the blood flowing and a nice pump if that would be better.
    thanks

Personally I like to do high rep on a moderate weight of leg extension then go to heavy squats and the leg press on the machine, works for me.

I do squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, calf raises and then lunges.
I start really heavy, go lighter for a bit then back to heavy and finish it off with light and more reps with lunges.

I like to start with a few light-high rep sets of leg ext. and curls and then go into heavy squats. I train at 5am so my legs need a good warm up.

Squats and more squats....sometimes box, change foot placements.

    set- rep
    1- 12
    2- 6
    3- 3
    4- 2
    5- 2-3 max.
    6- 6-8 to failure
    7- 12
    8- 15

    Stiff deads 3 set
    Lungs 3 sets

extensions are bad for knees, I don't recommend them.
