Depends alot on goals

LMFAO!!!!!! Brother bulk or cut...It is extremly hard to do both. Not many can do it.
I don't think there is a specific type of training to do. IMO I believe you should always lift heavy 6-8 reps. If you use too light of weight then its more like cardio IMO. If you wanna cut then I guess you could lift lighter with more reps, but a lot of guys say to lift heavy regardless and just step up the cardio. I've been able to drop some bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time. It isn't easy though, and you will never gain AS MUCH muscle doing it that way.
IMO, if I were you I would eat as much protein as possible while keeping a some what clean diet while on the PH. Keep the same diet on PCT, but add in like 5 days of cardio. Low intensity, 45 min on an eliptical machine.
Add in some clen or the eca stack during your pct.

If you are gonna use AAS, you might as well go all the way. 12 weeks of test with a 4 week oral kick start.
Once I get back from Afghanistan next year I'm gonna run a 12 week cycle of test and kick start it with some m-drol, I stocked up on a few bottles of that stuff.
I love the ECA stack simply because it wakes me up. As far as fat burner, I don't see the best results, but I love the energy throughout the day. I am sure if my diet was cleaner I would be losing a lot more weight.
I suppose it strains the heart, but I've never had any issues with it. I get health assessments constantly and I pass with flying colors. Every 2 weeks I take a few days off. Yes, M-Drol is a Superdrol clone. Yes I am using CEL, I love their products, just sucks they stopped making hormonal supplements. Yes I am in the United States Marine Corps. They are very strict on AAS use. If you are caught, you get kicked out of the military and face a court martial (if convicted, it can equal a felony conviction in the civilian world) However, they only test you for steroids if they catch you with contraband, and I live off base, and they can't come to your house. Guys that live in the barracks get busted all the time though. It is so expensive to test guys for steroids though.

Some stupid teen who took oral AAS whilst he was the UK armed forces cadets died of an anafalactic shock (swollen brain and 'exploded' kidneys) to a contaminent in a bad batch of aas.
He was only 17 years old which IMHO is far 2 young for AAS use.
In teens AAS causes stunted growth and premature bone closure!
Some websites still sell CEL PHs tho!
