i am wanting a diet sorting out i go for a male breast reduction in a month due to having gyno from puberty i go on hol in august just looking for a cutting diet my stats are
height: 5.11ft
weight: 12 stone 13 pounds
age: 19
bodyfat: 14% to 16%
i have been training two years and have lost 5 stone this is not due to a cutting diet just basicly cutting the shite out i want to eat the proper foods to make my muscles grow but also cut up if you know what i mean ?
