Diet: 3500-4000 40% protein, 40%, 20% fat, pretty clean with chicken fish rice oatmeal, all bland ****ing shit.... I am so happy with this bland as **** diet. It is so delecious... I have been eating this way for about 8 months. For meals a day with two whey protien shakes (morning, pwo). Multi-vitamin morning/night
I am ready for my "first" real cycle. Last time I cycled in college about 7 years ago with no pct, but it turned out fine. Low dose oral and only 8 weeks. Added about 10 pounds of muscle. I want to add muscle mass and lose body fat. I don't want to gain more than 20 pounds. What I really want to do is keep my gains after I am through with the cycle and PCT.
Here is what I am thinking about.
3 week cycle of clenbuterol
8 week cycle:
Test enanthate 400mg/week (2shots mon/thur)
Test Prop 50mg E3D
Sustanon 200mg/week
arimidex .25mg/E3D from week 4-10
HCG 500mg/week (mon/wed/fri) from week 4-10
Two weeks after last test E shot I start PCT
nolvadex 100mg/day for 2 weeks; 50mg/day for 2 weeks
at week 2 of PCT three week cycle of clenbuterol.
Please let me know your thoughts.
