I have noticed three small lumps, hard ones at that on my chest one under nipple not behind it but under at the bottom of chest and 2 others on the sides of my chest. They are painful but I dont think its gyno due to there are multiple small ones but they hurt like a mother. Could they be a deposit of some sort.....like calcium deposit? I had a killer chest workout Saturday so I thought that the soreness in chest was from it. Noticed lumps yesterday and started letro just in case. Please help

best off getting it checked with your doc to be on safe side
