I've always tried to find the best quality whole wheat/multi grain pasta. Barilla makes a very good product that's multi grain with added protein (supposedly complete) and 0mega-3 fats... I forget the name but the box is yellow.

So are we saying 'Yes' use Wholemeal pasta as a carb source while trying to lean out?

With a GI of 50 i cannot see any reason why not to, just want replys from people who use it while cutting

I'd say it all depends on the diet.. if you cycle carbs you could have a serving of wholewheat pasta on high carb day.. but if you do a spartan cut and your macros are sharp just try to include it for lunch or pre-workout.. it all depends
