Are you fvcking kidding me. The guy needs overall development. Way too early to start telling him he has any lacking muscle groups.

To the OP, you actually look very good. You may be 140 but you're lean and showing good definition. Just keep on training hard, watch the diet and Im sure you will get the gains you're looking for. Once you've built a good base you can start looking for lagging body parts. Much too early for that right now.

i agree...weight doesnt represent hard work or condition.you have done very well.....none of us are the same.

i have been training on and sometimes off for 20 yrs...and im only 12 stone.some people will never be monsters, genetics are a massive influence .but i look better than 99% of people i come into contact with.

have realistic goals and do everything to get them.

some people will be 200 lbs naturally and some wont.

know your goals and smash them.

Hey man, I wouldn't be ashamed of your physique at all. I actually think you have tremendous potential.

Start squatting, eat big and your physique is gonna explode.

Try posting in the diet section., yes it needs some help.

I will start out. Drop the oatmeal packs... Get Real oatmeal that you cook, not the instant stuff.

Only due one protein shake/whey about 30 minutes after working out.

Eat MORE chicken, fish, lean beef....

Agreed, you have a good base. Food will be your best friend for the next 6+ years. You will get more out of a good clean bulking diet than any AAS.

    Keep up the good work
