i am 27 yrs old and am new to steroids actually but i have a very long experience in bodybuilding and supplements.
this time i decided to use steroids because i wanna cut it short and i want to have a Real Ripped Shape this time !
I am now in a good shape so far but my only problem / obstacle is the belly fats :S
my body details :-
Height: 179 cm
179 centimeter = 5.872 703 412 1 feet
179 centimeter = 70.472 440 945 inch
Weight : 95 Kgs
my bodyfat is approximately 22 - 23 % MAX fats and it could be less than that i'll measure it by the end of this week
my Diet is :
Morning Breakfast before 9 AM:-
3 boiled egg
1 small green salad
Lemon juice
Lunch @ 3 o'clock:-
any amount of protein grilled or boiled (chicken - Red Meat - Fish )
Green Salad or Veg
1 apple
Orange or Lemon Juice
Dinner Max by 8:30 PM:-
1 youghurt
1 small green salad
Routine :-
I almost Exercise like 5 days/week
I Do 2 Muscles Training a day in addition to ABS Workouts
each Muscle i do like 18 Sets e.g
day1 :-
Bench (18 Sets ) + Biceps (18 sets)
Back (18 Sets ) + Triiceps (18 sets)
Shoulders (18 Sets ) + Legs(18 sets)
1 or 2 days off and start over
i've been doing bodybuilding exercises for about 10 years now , ofcourse i had so many times that i stopped training and gaining weight. then i go back to do my workoutsto get back in shape and sooo on ....
now i wanna have a Ripped shape with a Clean muscularity look .
i have the following gears but i need the advice on how using it and i'll tell you what's the other people suggestion:-
- Stazol ( Stanazol )
- NO XPLOD ( Muscletech creatine formula )
- Clenbuterol
- Testolic prop
- Nolvadex
My Gym Coach suggested that i use the Stazol with testolic and Nolvadex + Clomid to reduce estrogen . and the NO XPLOD Could be used before Exercise.
what would you guys Suggest or recommend since i know that am dealing with proz here ?
