    cut diet

    Just trying to set this up with fitday. Looking for some diet advice

    29 years old
    5'10
    189 lbs
    bf 18%
    tdee 2927

    workout 3x a week
    cardio 4-5x a week in the morning
    boxing 2x a week

    meal 1
    oats .5 cup
    eggs whites 3
    whole egg 1

    meal 2
    tuna 1 can
    almonds .5 cup

    meal 3
    chicken breast 6 oz
    brown rice 1 cup

    pwo
    whey protein 2 scoops
    oats .5 cup

    meal 5
    chicken breast 6 oz
    broccoli 2 cups

    meal 6
    casein protein 2 scoops


    total 2097 cals/240 protein/176 carbs/46 fat

    Thats the totals fitday gave me, According to the tdee I guess I should be having more calories, where can I add some and what? thanks

    Do them adjustmens and come back with ur macros
